In 2009, my history professor gave us a project of writing a paper about public history. Since I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints since 2007, I thought this would be a good topic to do. I still feel very new to the church, so when I had an opportunity to share some of the history of the Church in Huntsville, Texas, I gladly accepted the challenge. After we wrote our papers, she wanted us to make a website. Since time ran out during the semester, he let us do a blog-website. And in the last month or two, I have upgraded this a little to make it more user friendly. I hope you enjoy and if you have any questions, feel free to comment.
All of the information provided was given to me by members who live and grew up in Huntsville, so I do have to thank them for preserving their history and for allowing me to use it in my project.
