Chronology

• May 28, 1973 - Branch boundaries were extemded, which added new members to the area. Now the membership has grown to 133.
• 1978 - Church members grew to approximately 300 in Huntsville.
• 1979 - Madisonville became its own branch of the church.
• 1982 - The Crockett Branch of the church split off from Huntsville.
• 1983 - The Huntsville Branch had grown to more than 330 people.
• 1980 - A new church lot was purchased from Robert Smither, located at 1803, 19th Street.
• May 1983 - Construction was completed on the new chapel.
• May 14, 1983 - Services were held (on Mother's Day) in the new meetinghouse on 19th Street.
• April 13, 1986 - Dedicatory Services were held to dedicate the building to the Lord.
• In 1994 - The Huntsville Ward had about 375 members.
